Thank you for considering purchasing tickets from 100x Hospitality for the Cornell ’23 event. Please read the following purchase policy carefully before making your purchase.
Payment:
All payments for tickets are due at the time of purchase. We accept payment via credit card, debit card, or PayPal.
Refunds and Exchanges:
All ticket sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges, except as required by law. Please be sure to carefully review your ticket order before completing your purchase.
Canceled or Rescheduled Events:
If the Cornell ’23 event is canceled or rescheduled, we will provide instructions on how to obtain a refund or exchange for your tickets, as required by law. In the event of a cancellation, we will issue a refund for the face value of the ticket(s), including any facility fees or service charges. In the event of a reschedule, your ticket(s) will remain valid for the new date, or you may be eligible for a refund or exchange, as required by law.
Ticket Delivery:
Tickets will be delivered to you via email to the email address provided. Please ensure that you provide a valid email address and check your spam folder if you do not receive your tickets.
Ticket Transfers:
Ticket transfers are not allowed for the Cornell ’23 event, except as required by law. The name on the ticket must match the name of the person attending the event, unless the event organizer or venue expressly permits transfer of the ticket, as required by law.
Event Entry:
To enter the Cornell ’23 event, you must present a valid ticket or mobile ticket on your smartphone. If you purchased multiple tickets, you must enter the event at the same time as your guests.
Lost or Stolen Tickets:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Please keep your tickets in a safe place and protect them as you would cash. Duplicate tickets will not be issued.
Event Cancellation:
We reserve the right to cancel the Cornell ’23 event at any time. In the event of a cancellation, we will issue a refund for the face value of the ticket(s), including any facility fees or service charges, as required by law.
